What is our Return & Exchange policy?

Sleepwear and swimwear items can be returned to us for a store credit or exchange. You can return your item(s) within 30 days of recieving them. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached, unworn, unwashed, unstained, and in their original packaging. Swimwear must have their hygiene stickers still in place. Unless faulty, we do not accept items that are worn, washed, altered, have tags removed, hygiene stickers removed, or sale items over 50% off. Items returned to us that don't meet the required conditions, will not be accepted for a store credit or exchange. 

Lingerie sets, however, cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations, unless faulty. 
In the chance that you have recieved a faulty item, we will offer you the choice of a refund or store credit. 

We do not accept change of mind returns.  

AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS

30 DAY RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT

We gladly cover the cost of return and replacement shipping for an exchange or store credit through our online portal
  • Exchanges or store credits available for items returned within 30 days by Australian customers. 
  • If you choose a store credit or exchange you will not be charged for the return shipping label. 
  • Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will have the requested size or style in stock to exchange. We cannot set items aside for exchanges 
  • Discounted items 50% off or above can be returned for store credit only. 
  • We only offer one free exchange, after that shipping will be charged.
  • Lingerie sets cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
  • Returned funds may take 2-3 business days to clear back to your bank account once processed, depending on your payment method.
  • All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used to place the order.
  • Shipping fees from your original order are not refunded.
  • Gift Cards will not be refunded

For customers outside of Australia, we can offer a store credit or refund on items returned within 30 days. We do not cover the cost of return shipping, you must cover the cost of return shipping with your designated provider. Please contact us with the tracking details of your return so we can track it.
